Innes oversees all online trading, digital marketing, customer insight and customer services and the Harrods loyalty program. Caitlin’s role is driving Harrods’ digital and omnichannel strategy, identifying key commercial opportunities that will drive trade, as well as diversifying Harrods’ revenue streams.
Prior to her current role at Harrods, Caitlin was at Burberry, most recently as the brand’s Digital Commerce Director. In her role at Burberry she covered all of Burberry’s online platforms and the company’s digital marketing, as well as customer data and analytics. Prior to joining the fashion industry, Caitlin worked in finance for Lazard, operating across the retail, media and consumer sectors.
